FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS & FREE RETURNS

Orders placed between 1st November and 24th December 2024 can be returned for exchange or refund up until 10th January 2025.
Delivery
All orders placed before 12:00 PM are sent the same working day and any orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. Our warehouse is closed over the weekend and bank holidays, any orders placed during this time will be dispatched the next working day.

- 48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail (2 working days) - £4.80 Order before 19th December for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
- 24 Hour Tracked Royal Mail (1 working day) - £5.50 Order before 20th December for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
- Special Delivery Royal Mail (guaranteed by 1pm next working day) - £7.90 Order before 23rd December for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) for a refund if returned within 21 days or for exchange if returned within 30 days.
We will not be able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or if they’ve had the original tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear, pet hair and odour.
Refunds will be processed within 12-14 working days once received back, amount will be refunded to the original payment methods used to place the order.
How to return
If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.
UK
We offer one FREE returns label with all UK orders. Please complete the provided returns form stating the reason for the return and enclose within your package. Then simply go to Royal Mail - Return an item where you can either download and print your label or take the QR code to your local Post Office to print. It's also important to retain your proof of postage.

International
We don’t yet offer a returns service for orders placed outside of the UK. However, if you do need to make a return, we are happy to action a refund but please note this will be at your own cost.

Faulty Items
Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence, such as, not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
Please contact us via email customerservices@whaleofatimeclothing.com that includes your Order Number (begins #) information regarding the fault and we will require images to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution. We will contact you in writing to confirm the next actionable steps within 2 working days.
Exclusions
Gift cards and Sale items.
Sale items and charity products are exclude from additional promotions.
All headwear is non-returnable.
Returns of swimwear is only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
Items that have had their original tags removed.
